Order Processing Time

All of our meals are made fresh to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your dog's food before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Days

To ensure freshness and avoid weekend delays, we typically ship orders Monday through Wednesday. This helps guarantee your dog's food arrives cold and safe to enjoy.

Shipping Methods and Packaging

We use insulated packaging and ice packs to keep meals fresh during transit. Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx and typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. We try to select the most economical method of shipping so we may continue to keep costs as affordable as possible for our customers.

Local Delivery and Pick-Up

We offer free local delivery within a 25-mile radius of Norman, Oklahoma and free pickup from our home kitchen in Norman, Oklahoma. You will receive a confirmation e-mail or text to schedule your pickup or delivery time.

We also deliver to the Ada, Oklahoma area 1 day a week. Please contact us directly to make delivery or pick-up arrangements for that area.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

Perishable Products Disclaimer

Because our meals are made fresh and contain no preservatives, it is important that you refrigerate or freeze them as soon as they arrive. We are not responsible for spoiled products due to missed deliveries or delayed retrieval.
